Return Eligibility


To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • Complete with original tags and in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase



How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it appropriately.


Non-Returnable Items


Certain categories of products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)
  • Hazardous goods, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


Need something different? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order separately once your return is confirmed.


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal


If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification.

As with standard returns, the item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and include proof of purchase.


Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
